  1. Change the src to the ERP you want to test against, e.g. https://clone-6599.ctclk.com/cc/w.js
  2. Set data-key to that ERP's site key, from Customer Center → Setup → Website code
  3. In the same screen, add https://velo-demo-web.ctclk.com to Allowed websites, and tick Chat widget is live
Without step 3 the bubble will not appear: the widget only runs on sites listed in that allowlist. That is what stops anyone else embedding your widget on their own site and using up your agents' time.
